Yorkshire 3 Peak Challenge

The Yorkshire 3 Peaks are the summits of Whernside, Ingleborough and Pen-y-Ghent.

Starting in the small village of Horton in Ribblesdale you will have 12 hours to complete the classic 39km route gaining over 1700m of ascent in the process. Successful completion will entitle you to join the Yorkshire 3 Peaks club and receive a certificate and other popular mementos.

The challenge is not particularly hard but it does require a good level of fitness and a desire to succeed.

To complete the challenge in 12 hours is a notable achievement, but to complete the challenge in one day will bring equal satisfaction and also reward the successful participant with a great day out in the beautiful Yorkshire dales.
