Wales End to End cycle challenge
Starting in Bangor on the North West coast, we will spend 3 epic days cycling the length of Wales eventually arriving at the vibrant and fun packed capital of Cardiff, where we will end our journey of discovery at the iconic Millenium Rugby Stadium. This trip uses quiet and scenic rural lanes where possible and also takes us over the legendary cycling climbs of The Llanberis Pass, The Gospel Pass, The Tumble and Caerphilly Mtn, all iconic climbs used by numerous professional and amateur cycling events.
Our trip includes hotel accommodation on the evening prior to the start in Bangor and at the finish in Cardiff as well as two nights during the challenge. All meals and rest stop snacks are included as are the professional services of cycle guides, medics, mechanics and support drivers as required. Participants may also opt to drop their bikes off at Imp Adventures office in Lincoln and collect them from there following the event, so all they have to do is arrange their transport to and from the start and finish.

Breakfast will be provided at the accommodation each morning.
Start: The trip starts at our hotel in Bangor and participants can call us for a lift from the station to our hotel nearby. Bikes and bags can be dropped off at Imp Adventures in Lincoln and collected from there after the event.
Finish: The cycling ends at Cardiff with a celebration meal on the Sunday night and accommodation in Cardiff included. Participants may ask to have their bikes and bags transported to Imp Adventures in Lincoln for later collection.
Documents: Insurance is optional for this event for UK residents. Participants from outside the UK must have suitable travel insurance.
Bikes: Lightweight drop-handlebar road bikes with a broad range of gears (11/34 cassettes) are suitable for this trip. The most important thing is that your bike functions properly and that you are comfortable riding it. However you should make sure that it has suitable gears as there are some very steep hills on parts of the route! Most people will require a cycle with a double compact chainset.
